Creative Coaching

We already talk about sleep, food, movement, and connection as pillars of health… and now research is pointing to a new one: art.

Playful, simple creative practice gives the brain a different kind of workout—attention to the present moment, noticing without judging, and the tiny delight of a small result. Nothing has to look “good.” The point is what happens to you while you do it.

I have over a decade of experience guiding creativity in classrooms and university settings. My methods focus on the psychology of the practice itself, gently meeting you where you are.

Think of it as curious, hands-on artful investigating rather than a “sip-and-paint” party or a paint-by-numbers class. We take our time, look closely, play with materials, and follow surprises—slow looking, gentle experiments, and creative discovery are the point.
