A monthly researched-backed art lesson by mail,

Turning research into something you hold, do, and keep.

Each month you receive an envelope inviting you to try playful art experiments that boost your brain. Inside, you’ll find a clear explanation of how each activity supports cognition, presented as bite-sized research from the field. It brings neuroaesthetics research to your door with a short, hands-on lesson you can do yourself.

Your envelope will include an art print from my sketchbook, a simple 10-minute drawing prompt, and tiny, expert-backed insights about how making and observing art improves the brain.

I'm Kelsey. I've taught art for over ten years, from Pre-K classrooms to university seminars, and I did my master's in art education studying how making art helps us think. Now I live in Toulouse and sketch my way around Europe.
